Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items with odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear may be refused.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (for example, your order number).
How to start a return
The fastest way to start a return is through your customer account (Shopify self-serve returns).

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address in writing as part of the return authorisation.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Returned to sender / undeliverable parcels
If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable or not collected, you may choose either: (1) reshipment (you pay the new shipping cost), or (2) a refund minus original shipping once the parcel is returned and received.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@alobawear.com with your order number and photos (video if helpful).
If approved, our first preference is to replace the item. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale / discounted items
- Hygiene-sensitive items if opened or unsealed (where applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason (subject to legal exceptions).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email or contact form. We will provide return instructions and the return address in writing as part of the return authorisation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. We may withhold the refund until the goods (or proof of return) are received. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
