Shipping policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed with Aloba. Our goal is to keep expectations clear at every step—processing, delivery, tracking, and support.

Where we ship

We currently ship to: All EU countries.

Order processing (dispatch) time

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days from our fulfilment origin in Ireland. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates

Shipping options, shipping fees, and estimated delivery timelines vary by destination and courier and are shown at checkout.

Carriers we use may include: DPD Ireland, DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, and An Post (Ireland-only option/backup).

Duties and taxes

We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for our supported regions, meaning no extra duties or taxes should be due on delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available).

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are supported within 24 hours after ordering.

Service interruptions and delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, peak-season volume, or other events outside of our control.

Returned to sender / undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable or not collected, you may choose either: (1) reshipment (you pay the new shipping cost), or (2) a refund minus original shipping once the parcel is returned and received.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@alobawear.com with your order number and photos (video if helpful). If approved, our first preference is to replace the item; if a replacement is not possible, we will refund you.

Returns and refunds
